Enedina and her daughter, from the Sierra Juárez, make these beautiful natural clay pieces, from start to finish, using the resources they have close to their community, and ancestral techniques.

Product: Chicken-shaped vase, for 10 eggs.
Color: Natural mud or with orange

*Painted with natural pigments based on "orange" mud. 100% natural. Does not contain enamels.

Approximate measurements:

• Height approx. 15 cm x Opening diameter 10 cm.

Material: Off-white clay/ceramic
Technique: Hand molded, dried in shade and sun, and fired with firewood.

Take this into account: The ceramics fired with the ancestral techniques of this community are fired in wood-burning ovens, which can give dark tones to some parts of the cup, as well as generate small cracks that do not affect the functionality of the object. These elements are part of the characteristics of this type of craftsmanship, as well as part of its history and charm.
